Turn a vintage frame into a serving tray!
So…. I have a thing for vintage frames. I pick them up whenever I see one that has unique character. This antique frame made a great tray on my kitchen island. I put a piece of craft paper under the glass, add two handles to the sides and it's an instant conversation piece! 🙂
Going Glam…….A 9 year old’s bedroom design….
I'm working on a bedroom design for a 9 year old girl's birthday surprise. This project has been so much fun!!!!! I love these vintage Barbie sketches by Robert Best. I'm framing several from a calendar I purchased for this special little girl's room. Before and After photos coming soon!!

I really enjoy staging homes for resale. I love the creativity involved, and the challenge of, staging each home to show off its individual character and highlight its strengths. Here are a few examples of small details I like to use when staging with Vignettes. Yummy treats, spa-like bath salts, cook books, dressing up towels…..its all in the details. 🙂

Kitchen Renovation
This is a photo of our kitchen before and after our mini- renovation. The last detail will be adding new bar stools to match the color pallet and character of this space. We are loving how open and “airy” the kitchen feels with the color change. The island is a lot bigger yet it feels like there is more space now.
