Carriage House Interiors specializes in providing a tailored experience to each and every client, regardless of the size or scope of your project. Whether you’re building a home, renovating an existing home, or just not able to translate your design ideas into a reality, we will guide you through making decisions to help bring your vision to life. Our goal is to reflect your unique and personal taste with a design that highlights the architecture of the home, improves your lifestyle, and withstands both time and trend. While discussing your personal preferences and lifestyle, we can advise you on coordinating colors, patterns, accessories, furniture selection, fabrics and finishes.  We also coordinate with contractors, through renovations, to help you select cabinetry, countertops, light fixtures, hardware, flooring, paint color selection and more. When you’re looking to truly transform your surroundings, we handle everything from concept to completion.

DESIGN CONSULTATIONS

Get expert advice on how to design or redesign your space.  We will come to your home and help you tailor a design plan for your space.  we will discuss your individual style, ideas for the space, your budget, and the function of that space. We will also discuss ideas and make suggestions during the consultation. After gathering all the necessary information, and clarifying any questions you may have, we will tailor a design plan for you.  You will receive a detailed design board, a shopping list, links for products, and instructions for setting everything up in your selected space.

E- DESIGN CONSULTATIONS

E-Design Consultations are very similar to in-home consultations We will schedule a time for a virtual consultation.  You can send us photos or a video of your space prior to the call or you can opt to give us a virtual tour using Facetime, Google Duo or Microsoft Teams. During the virtual consultation we will discuss your individual style, ideas for the space, your budget, and the function of that space. We will also discuss ideas and make suggestions during the consultation. After gathering all the necessary information, and clarifying any questions you may have, we will tailor a design plan for you.  You will receive a detailed design board, a shopping list, links for products, and instructions for setting everything up in your selected space.

REDESIGN 

An alternative to conventional Interior design. It involves the artful rearrangement of the furniture, artwork and accessories you already own and treasure in your home. We give you a whole new look for less than the cost of a new piece of furniture. Interior redesign is a practical, exhilarating approach to decorating that incorporates your own furniture, artwork, and treasured accessories without any additional purchases. We evaluate architectural features of the room, shape and uses of the room, ages and number of the people in the home, the problem with the room as you perceive it, furniture arrangement, scale, balance, texture, functional focal points.

NEW HOME STYLING AND FURNITURE SELECTION

Imagine being all settled into your new home in a matter of days instead of weeks or months! We can help you furnish and decorate your new home within a realistic budget. We will guide you through furniture placement and arrange artwork and accessories throughout your house, enabling you to start enjoying your new home more quickly and with much less stress.

STAGING CONSULTATIONS

Carriage House Interiors will work with homeowners and Realtors to improve or completely redesign the existing space of their home to captivate potential buyers and increase the market value of their property.  We offer affordable consultations for home owners that prefer to do the hands on work themselves. The consultation becomes a guide for the home owner and walks them through each step of preparation for their upcoming listing.

OUT OF AREA SITE VISIT FEES

*There is a $25 flat fee, per site visit, for all properties located in surrounding areas outside the Colorado Springs city limits. There is a $50 flat fee, per site visit, for areas North of Castle Rock, Colorado.
