Anyone who has ever moved, redecorated or changed the placement of art on their walls has encountered nail holes. This is a quick and easy way to resolve them! Yes, it’s as simple as a white crayon! I use this simple trick when staging homes for resale.

Finished Dining Room Set

I finally finished refurbishing this dining room set. I think I love it! I mixed equal parts paint and clear wax to get this effect. ![]()

Refinishing/Redesigning a dining room table and chairs!
I just love giving old furniture new life! I have started refinishing this dining room set. I’ve wanted the “Restoration Hardware” look for a while. These photos are of the beginning stages. I will add more as I continue this project through completion.
The photo above (Restoration Hardware catalog photo) was my inspiration!!
One chair down….5 more to go! 🙂
We had so much fun staging this home in Colorado Springs!
Another successful staging in Colorado Springs! This home was staged with vignettes.
Staged a townhouse in Colorado Springs today- such a cute home!
I got some empty Patron bottles from a friend of ours. I love the shape and color of the glass. Empty Patron bottles make gorgeous vases for staging! :)
My version of a DIY sign I saw that was way over my budget! I found the wooden piece at a thrift store for $5. It had a gardening quote on it and was painted yellow. I sanded it down, repainted it and added my own lettering. Not bad for a $5 investment.
